Disclosure Statement & Meeting Notices

STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF CREATE ACADEMY WILL BE POSTED

Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 38-431.02,  Create Academy hereby states that all notices of the meetings of  the Create Academy Board and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted in the Administrative Office of  at 2645 N 24th St. 85008, on the window to the right of the entry door. The office is open from 7:30 am to 4:00pm except during certain holidays and vacations. It will also be posted at www.createacademy.org.  Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. Notices will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
