Nydia Perdomo – Office Manager

Nydia Perdomo is a founding staff member of Create Academy as the Office Manager since its opening in 2015. Born in Colombia, Nydia came to Arizona in 1990 where she has been working with education for over 20 years at public and charter schools around the valley. In addition to her expertise in management, Nydia has worked for 5 years with youth at risk at Florence Crittenton Services, mentoring a number of students per semester. She was also part of the Girls Leadership Academy of Arizona staff who started the first free tuition all girls public school in AZ & participated in Kids at Hope No Exceptions training. Nydia is passionate about working with students and families, making the school a place they feel welcome and safe.
